Intuitive
interface
"On the
road" prototyping with real
end-users used to find the
optimum layout, resulting in an
easy to use interface.

Job details
sent in real-time
Job details are
"pushed" out to the
devices (using exclusive PUSH>
technology) immediately with
audible speech alerts for the
driver/engineer. The application
supports a generous amount of job
information.
|
 |
Job
progression from device
The driver/engineer
progresses the job on the device
as they carry it out. In the
transport version, this includes
accepting/rejecting the job,
marking the job as Package On
Board (POB), collecting
authorised Waiting Time and
marking the job as Proof Of
delivery (POD). The user may also
revise their ETA to any of the
addresses that make up the job,
and edit those addresses to
correct any missing information.

 |
Signature
capture
Eliminating the need
for paperwork, NX
will capture your customers
signature and transmit it back to
the control centre immediately.
If you have an internet enabled
system such as ACI, your client
can track their job, including
proof of delivery signature over
the internet.

 |
Two-way
messaging
Instant two-way
messaging between control centre
and drivers. NX'
optimised technology means
approximately 400 messages can be
sent 'over the air' for the
equivalent cost of 1 SMS text
message*
*Based
upon a standard £1/mb GPRS
tariff vs 10p SMS
|
 |
Track
drivers/engineers via GPS
Simply plug a GPS
receiver into the device and NX
will* transmit GPS tracking data
back to the office. This can be
used to view of the fleet's
current location on a map - or
for security / auditing /
tracking purposes.
*Enterprise
edition only

Low
Maintenance
Updates to NX
are performed using a pioneering
new 'over-the-air' update system,
meaning devices do not need to be
recalled or reprogrammed. Users
can be stopped from using other
applications on the device. |
